welcome center dark mode?

small thing but could the welcome center get a dark mode? opening it first thing after a fresh install is a bit of a flashbang lol. love everything else about it

I also noticed this with the boot loading, I run GlouOS 1.1 in dark mode so i understand the pain - this will be marked for 1.2
